DRC: MONUSCO encourages the implementation of an inclusive dialogue and calls on Congolese actors to seek consensus

He welcomed President Tshisekedi's announcement in August about initiating a national dialogue process. Swan emphasized the importance of an open, inclusive, and good-faith process, while also stressing the need to protect civic space and fundamental freedoms amid security and political crises.
