The Kinshasa Comedy Festival (FERIK) will take place on October 1 and 2, 2026, aiming to use humor as a tool for resilience and social dialogue. Initiated by Mordecaï Kamangu, the festival will focus on young comedians, who will make up 60% of the program. The theme of this first edition is 'Humor as a Tool for Resilience, Social Dialogue, and Community Link Reconstruction,' aiming to bring audiences together and encourage discussions about daily realities.
