The Democratic Republic of the Congo will hold its 13th Diplomatic Conference in October 2026 in Kinshasa. Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner, Minister of Foreign Affairs, announced that the event will last five days and aim to pre-validate the foreign policy framework documents. A new training program for ambassadors will also be introduced, becoming mandatory before their deployment.
