DRC: Tshisekedi Requests New Deliberation of Law on Referendum Organization

DRC President Félix Tshisekedi has requested a new deliberation of the law setting the conditions for referendum organization. This request comes after the R.Const. 2695 ruling by the Constitutional Court on July 28. The new deliberation will be included in the September 2026 parliamentary session.
