DSS asks court to dismiss El-Rufai's no-case submission in wiretapping case

The Department of State Services (DSS) has requested the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss the no-case submission made by former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, in the wiretapping case. El-Rufai is accused of eavesdropping on the conversations of National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu. The DSS argued that the defense evaded a confession made by El-Rufai, and the court has scheduled October 26 for a ruling on the charges against him.
