Earl Spencer apologises to Piers Morgan over error in book

Earl Spencer has apologised to Piers Morgan over a factual error in his book about Diana, Princess of Wales. In his memoir, Spencer stated that Morgan was editor of the Daily Mirror when the Mirror Group published intrusive photographs of Diana at the gym. Spencer admitted his assumption was incorrect and apologised to Morgan for this error.
