Why are experts warning latest Ebola outbreak could be ‘worst ever’?

Africa CDC director-general Jean Kaseya warned that the Ebola outbreak in East Africa could be the 'worst ever'. At least 837 people have been infected in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with 196 deaths, and 19 cases and two deaths in Uganda.
