Ebola in North Kivu: Authorities tighten restrictions and suspend several activities across the province

Funerals are limited to 20 family members, and public administrations must maintain minimum services for a month. October 19 was declared “Stop Ebola Day”; police enforced the no-activities measure in Beni, although a motorized caravan travelled along the main boulevard.
