Ebola: Over 300 Schools in North Kivu Equipped with Prevention Materials

Over 300 primary and secondary schools in Beni, Butembo, and Lubero territory in North Kivu received handwashing kits and contactless thermometers supplied by UNICEF, in partnership with provincial Education and Health services. The distribution began on October 8 during a campaign launched simultaneously in Beni and Butembo, attended by authorities and student representatives. These supplies aim to strengthen hygiene measures and health monitoring in schools to prevent the spread of Ebola.
