Kinshasa called on Russia, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, to support the implementation of resolutions 2773 and 2808 on ending hostilities in eastern DRC, the M23's withdrawal and an end to Rwandan support for the rebels. Tshisekedi also outlined economic priorities including energy, infrastructure, food security and local mineral processing.
