Education as common Northern responsibility: From 19 separate efforts to 1 Northern compact (2)

Education in Northern Nigeria has become an emergency that requires a collective approach rather than separate programs. The nineteen Northern governors should declare education a regional emergency and establish an Education and Human Capital Compact. A comprehensive Education Census and Human Capital Map are needed to accurately assess the scale of the problem and guide future actions.
