EFCC recovers N84m, returns money to Edo businessman

The Benin Zonal Directorate of the EFCC has returned N84 million to Edo businessman Ekhahon Abraham after recovering the funds from Anita Eborome during an investigation into a land transaction. Abraham paid Eborome for a parcel of land, but after constructing a fence, it was demolished by someone claiming to be the rightful owner. The EFCC found that Eborome diverted the money for her personal use and confirmed the refund to Abraham.
