EFCC to prosecute lawyers charging clients in foreign currencies

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) announced it will prosecute lawyers charging clients in foreign currencies. Acting Zonal Director ACE I Bawa Usman Kaltungo expressed concerns during a meeting with a delegation from the Nigerian Bar Association. Kaltungo described these practices as illegal and unethical, stating that the Commission would not hesitate to take action against offenders.
