The tender covers shops across seven blocks, priced up to Ksh1.7 million, as well as spaces for lease at the community centre and clubhouse. Sealed bids must be submitted at Prism Towers by 11 a.m. on November 10, with opening scheduled immediately afterward. The announcement comes two days after President William Ruto handed keys to 2,157 homeowners at the estate.
