Electricity generation improved to 4300MW from 3951MW – FG

The Federal Government announced that electricity generation improved from 3951 MW to 4300 MW between March 28 and April 10. This improvement is attributed to an increase in gas supply to thermal power plants, rising from approximately 605 million standard cubic feet to over 704 million. A Gas-to-Power Monitoring Committee has been recently inaugurated to ensure improved coordination and stable gas supply to generating companies.
