Johanna Brousse, a French deputy prosecutor in Paris, is seeking to indict Elon Musk in her upcoming book, Cybercombattante. An investigation opened in January 2025 targets serious offenses, including the possession of child pornography images and privacy violations. Musk and former X CEO Linda Yaccarino were summoned but did not appear. Brousse was also involved in the arrest of Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, for child criminal content.
