EMPD officer, ex-colleague granted bail in R15m precious stones robbery case

An Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) officer and a former colleague have been granted bail in connection with a R15 million precious stones robbery. They appeared before the Springs Magistrate's Court. The two face charges of armed robbery. The investigation is ongoing.

State ordered to produce key records in Kenya Pipeline sale

The High Court ordered the Kenyan government to produce key records, including valuation reports, Cabinet memoranda, procurement records, and IMF agreements, in a petition challenging the privatization of Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC).
