Alan Shearer criticized Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, calling him 'pathetic' following the Red Devils' 1-0 defeat to Manchester City. Shearer stated that Fernandes was play-acting to get Phil Foden sent off, who was penalized for fouling him in the first half. He also pointed out that Fernandes had kicked Foden as well.
