Epra loses appeal over 407 gas cylinders seized in Narok

The High Court rejected the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority’s (Epra) appeal against an order to return gas cylinders seized in Narok. It upheld the Energy and Petroleum Tribunal’s decision, finding that Epra had failed to prove the alleged regulatory offences by Rihal Energy Company Ltd. The company’s 407 cylinders were seized in October 2024.
