Eto'o could face Cameroon probe over alleged Russia payment

The Association of Amateur Football Clubs of Cameroon (ACFAC) has called for an investigation into the Cameroonian Football Federation and its president Samuel Eto'o over allegations of graft. Eto'o is accused of improperly receiving a payment from the Russian Football Federation related to a friendly match in October 2023. ACFAC claims that the Russian Football Union violated contract terms by transferring around 567,000 euros into a bank account that did not belong to the federation.
