Ex-SGF Babachir Lawal wanted to rig ADC presidential primary – Msheliza alleges

Nicholas Msheliza, Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Adamawa Primary Electoral Committee, has alleged that former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Babachir Lawal attempted to rig the party's presidential primary. The allegation was made on June 3, 2026. Msheliza was heading the committee overseeing the primary election.
