Expo Béton 12: Soraya Aziz-Moto Presents ARE Priorities to Accelerate Electricity Access

At the 12th edition of Expo Béton, Soraya Aziz-Moto, Director General of the Electricity Regulation Authority (ARE), outlined her priorities to accelerate investments in the electricity sector and enhance consumer protection. She emphasized removing administrative and procedural barriers to facilitate energy projects and highlighted the importance of dialogue with developers. She also announced the launch of a digital platform for handling customer complaints and shared an initial report of her management, with about twenty cases addressed in the first 100 days.
