The judiciary is investigating an 11 billion CFA franc contract for electronic bracelets awarded to El Hadji Gora Diop Guèye. Moussa Seydi, former director of Finance, was taken from his cell to be questioned by investigating judges, while a supplier has been placed under arrest.
