Faro distances TMPD from Nkosi

Tshwane Metro Police Department Chief Yolande Faro testified before the Madlanga Commission that Sergeant Fannie Nkosi was never authorized to interfere in the department's tender processes. Faro stated that Nkosi had "no authority, no permission" to be involved in procurement matters. She expressed her disdain for "criminals in uniform" and warned that those implicated in corruption would face consequences.
