Fashion takes centre stage at Ajosepo 2 premiere

The premiere of 'Ajosepo 2: The Gathering' took place on May 24, 2026, at Filmhouse IMAX in Lekki, Lagos, with an 'Owambe Glam' dress code. Nollywood stars, including Timini Egbuson in a deep-blue Agbada and Bolaji Ogunmola in a cream aso-oke ensemble with purple embroidery, showcased traditional fashion. Directed by Kayode Kasum, the film follows Jide and Mary's wedding preparations that spiral into family drama. It will be released nationwide on May 28, 2026.
