Fear grips Kebbi farming communities as armed groups demand N40m levy

Armed groups have demanded N40 million from farmers across several communities in Bena and Danko/Wasagu local government areas of Kebbi State, Nigeria. The farmers are gripped with fear for their safety and livelihoods. Local authorities have not yet issued an official statement.
