Femicides in Cameroon: Chilling Figures

In just over three months, 33 femicides have been recorded in Cameroon, with 11 linked to domestic violence. Victims are often killed by their partners or ex-partners, as evidenced by tragic cases in Evodoula, Douala, Kousseri, and Kribi. Despite arrests, violence persists, fueled by social and cultural factors. Associations and authorities are calling for mobilization to combat this phenomenon.
