FG rules out negotiating with terrorists

The Federal Government of Nigeria has ruled out negotiating with terrorists, according to Foreign Affairs Minister Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu. Speaking at the African Union Assembly in Luanda, she stated that military defeat is the only effective response to terrorism. Ojukwu emphasized that the government would not take a lenient approach in its fight against terrorism.
