FG to establish cybersecurity coordination council to tackle rising threats

The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced plans to establish a national cybersecurity coordination council to strengthen its capacity to combat growing cyber threats. Led by Communications Minister Mr. Bosun Tijani, the council will bring together chief information security officers, cybersecurity professionals, and government agencies. It aims to enhance the country's response to sophisticated cyber incidents disrupting operations across key sectors.
