The Ivorian Football Federation (FIF) appointed Desiré Doué Noumandiez as head of the Central Arbitration Commission (CCA) on October 8, 2026. He succeeds Bonaventure Kalou and returns to a role he previously held. As a former international referee, Noumandiez officiated at four Africa Cup of Nations tournaments between 2010 and 2015 and was the first Ivorian referee to officiate a World Cup match in 2014. He also served as president of CAF's refereeing commission from 2022 to 2025.
