FIFA: Patrice Motsepe to succeed Infantino, South Africa makes its choice

South Africa has selected Patrice Motsepe, president of CAF, as its candidate for the FIFA presidency after Gianni Infantino's term ends. Sports Minister Gayton McKenzie voiced support for Motsepe, praising his work at CAF. Infantino's current term runs until 2027, but he may seek another term extending to 2031.
