Fight against illegal gold mining in Issia: The gendarmerie dismantles 5 sites in Juleskro, 26 individuals arrested

Elements of the 1/2 squadron of the Daloa gendarmerie carried out an eviction operation of five illegal gold mining sites in Juleskro. 26 individuals were arrested and taken to the Issia gendarmerie brigade. This operation is part of the actions taken by the defense and security forces to put an end to the activities of gold mining carried out outside the legal framework.
