Film of an Arrest: How Dr. Ndiaye Was Caught on a Mentally Disabled Woman

Dr. Ndiaye, 31, a Jakarta driver, was arrested in the Jaxaay neighborhood for public indecency and attempted rape of a mentally disabled woman. Police were alerted by an anonymous tip. Two eyewitnesses saw the man lead the victim into an abandoned house, then burst in and found him lying next to her, partially undressed. The man was intoxicated.
