Fire at Folkestone's Grand Burstin Hotel treated as suspicious

A fire broke out at the Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone, leading to the evacuation of around 280 people. Kent Police stated that the fire is being treated as suspicious and are appealing for witnesses. Emergency services dispatched 26 fire engines to the scene, and one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Folkestone & Hythe District Council has set up a welfare center to support those affected.
