Fire engulfs Seoul’s last shanty-town, forcing hundreds to evacuate

A fire tore through Guryong Village, described as Seoul’s last shanty-town, forcing more than 100 people to evacuate. No injuries were reported. The closely packed homes and highly flammable building materials make the neighbourhood particularly vulnerable to fires.
