‘First time in Nigeria’s history’ - PRP criticises Tinubu, Shettima’s simultaneous absence

The Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) has raised concerns over the simultaneous absence of President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima from Nigeria, questioning who is currently in charge of the country. PRP National Chairman Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed stated that it is the first time in Nigeria's history that both the President and Vice President are out of the country at the same time. He also questioned the circumstances surrounding Tinubu's latest foreign trip, alleging it was an emergency move to prevent the release of documents by the FBI.
