Floods: Here are the roads currently blocked by heavy rains in Dakar

Following heavy rains on Sunday in Dakar, several suburban neighborhoods including Keur Massar, Yeumbeul Sud, Mbao, and Sangalkam were flooded, making internal and secondary roads impassable. Mbao received 72 mm of rain, causing retention basin overflows. Yoff, with 66 mm of rainfall, also experienced water inundation, disrupting traffic to the airport and city center. Public transport, especially the BRT line, is heavily impacted, with services limited between Sacré-Cœur and Petersen.
