Flydubai suspends all its flights from UAE to Tel Aviv

Flydubai has announced the temporary suspension of all flights to Tel Aviv following a security incident on flight FZ 1073, which was diverted to Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith confirmed all passengers and crew are safe and an official investigation is underway. New revelations indicated that the Omani co-pilot involved in the hijacking attempt was a long-time suspect with radical ideas, previously banned from flying in Oman but later recruited by Flydubai for the sensitive Dubai–Tel Aviv route.
