FNJT 2026: Daloa will host the 4th edition of traditional games on October 2-3

The National Festival of Traditional Games (FNJT) will take place on October 2-3, 2026, in Daloa at the Cité des Antilopes, presided over by Tourism Minister Siandou Fofana. The event, themed « Traditional games and youth: transmitting our values and uniting generations », is co-sponsored by Mamadou Touré and Françoise Remarck. Over two days, delegations from all regions will participate in competitions, demonstrations, initiation sessions, and activities to promote these games as tools for cultural transmission and intergenerational bonding.
