Football: The documentary "Têtes plongeantes" on mental health, from screens to classrooms

On Monday, former French national team defender Samuel Umtiti visited a 4th-grade class near Lyon to discuss mental health with students, as part of the documentary "Têtes plongeantes". The documentary, supported by Generation 2018, highlights depression among youth and promotes open dialogue on mental health, in collaboration with the Education Ministry. The French Football Federation has also initiated a program to raise awareness and support mental health among young players, providing resources for over 600 players in France.
