Foreign fighters and external support fuel Sudan’s war: UN-backed probe

A UN-backed investigation reveals that foreign recruitment and external support networks are fueling the civil war in Sudan by providing weapons and military technology to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The report states that the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) have used foreign-supplied drones, harming civilians. Since April 2023, the conflict has killed tens of thousands and forced millions to flee their homes.
