Former Sports PS Kaberia, Nine Others Face Charges Over Ksh 330M CHAN Funds Scandal

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Renson Ingonga, has approved graft-related charges against former Sports Principal Secretary, Peter Kaberia, along with four former officials and five businessmen. They are accused of misappropriating Ksh 330 million allocated for Kenya's preparations to host the 2018 Africa Nations Championship. The charges include abuse of office and financial misconduct, following an investigation by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
