FRN deputy leader Bertrand Bisimwa says any change to the Constitution would collapse the Doha peace process and urges the UN to pressure Kinshasa to abandon constitutional revision. Other newspapers describe the meeting as Kabila’s return to the diplomatic stage despite his death sentence and U.S. sanctions, while calling on MONUSCO to clarify its position.
