Four New Arrests Give New Turn to Case Involving Gay Men

On October 17, investigators from the Nguinth police station arrested four men — K. Diallo, M. S. Diallo, E. H. L. Fall and A. K. Thiam — in an investigation into sexual acts between people of the same sex. The operation followed information about encounters arranged through a gay dating app; an undercover officer reportedly arranged to meet K. Diallo. Investigators said the men described sexual relations with other men, and searches of their phones allegedly uncovered erotic messages and pornographic videos. Condoms and lubricant products were also recorded in M. S. Diallo’s room as the investigation continues.
