Four-Year-Old’s Revelations Lead to the Arrest of a Young Man

On the night of October 17–18, a four-year-old boy reportedly told his mother that a 12-year-old had taken him to a garage in the Cité Assurance area of Jaxaay and asked him to engage in a sexual act. Questioned by his father, the adolescent allegedly said that a metal welder had introduced him to sexual practices. The two families filed complaints at the Jaxaay district police station, and the investigation led to the arrest of an 18-year-old man identified as M. C., who denies the allegations. He was placed in police custody over suspected sexual acts, indecent assault, and corruption of a minor as the investigation continues.
