France murder victim named after 20 years and suspect arrested

Hakima Boukerouis, whose body was discovered in France in January 2005, has been identified by police using familial DNA searching. She is the fifth woman to be named through Interpol's international campaign, Operation Identify Me, launched in 2023. A suspect has been arrested, but details about the case remain limited due to ongoing investigations. Boukerouis was 34 years old at the time of her murder and was originally from Algeria.
