France remodels in bid for second chance in Africa

In October 2023, French President Emmanuel Macron launched a long-term program on culture and arts aimed at redefining France's relations with Africa. The Maison des Mondes Africains in Paris serves as a cultural hub for contemporary African arts. The Africa Forward Summit in Nairobi, scheduled for May 11-12, will bring together 2000 corporate leaders to discuss various topics, including artificial intelligence and energy transition. The Plus Africa Forward concert will feature artists such as Youssou N'Dour and Fally Ipupa.
