Fraud-linked QVSE owner returns with new scheme

Carl Grindan, known as ‘Prof Carl’, involved in the fraudulent QVSE investment scheme, is recruiting Kenyans for a new platform called Apollo. He is asking investors to deposit $400 (KES 51,800) with the promise of unlocking nearly KES 1 billion frozen in QVSE accounts. He claims this new scheme will give access to the previously frozen funds.
