Moses Simon, a winger from Paris FC, is set to captain a new-look Nigeria Super Eagles team in an international friendly against Russia next Tuesday. He traveled from Abuja to Moscow with other home-based players including Chibuzor Atata, Aderemi Adeoye, and Kenneth Igboke. With captain Wilfred Ndidi withdrawing, Simon becomes the most experienced player and is expected to lead the team.
