FRIVAO-Collective reparations: 120 million USD announced in four provinces, Guillaume Ngefa mobilizes the elected officials of the Great Orientale

Minister Guillaume Ngefa met in contact with deputies and senators from the Great Orientale province to discuss the implementation of collective reparations for communities affected by armed conflicts in Ituri, Tshopo, Uele Haut, and Bas-Uele. An amount of 120 million USD, allocated as 30 million USD per province, is designated for building health and school infrastructure, improving access to water, economic recovery, and initiatives for memory, social cohesion, and resilience. Ngefa emphasized transparency and community involvement in managing these funds through the FRIVAO fund.
